Robert O. Colliersmith

 

Rob Colliersmith passed the Georgia Bar in 1980. He has now limited his practice to Consumer Bankruptcy Law in the Northern District of Georgia.  He is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Georgia Bar and is the State Co-Chair for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.  Additionally, he is a member of the Atlanta Bar and the American Bankruptcy Institute.  Mr. Colliersmith has participated as a speaker on panel presentations in many seminars on Consumer Bankruptcy Practice. He is a native Atlantan and received his law degree from Walter F. George Law School, Mercer University.


Mr. Colliersmith practices Bankruptcy Law with his law partner and wife, Carol A. Colliersmith.

Carol A. Colliersmith


Ms. Colliersmith has practiced exclusively Consumer Bankruptcy Law since 2001.  She is the past president of the Metro Atlanta Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys Group and current State Co-Chair for Georgia for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.  She is a member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Georgia Bar and Atlanta Bar Association, and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.   Ms. Colliersmith has participated in many panel presentations for various Bankruptcy Practice seminars.  She received her law degree from the University of Florida in 1985.


Ms. Colliersmith practices Bankruptcy Law with her law partner and husband, Rob Colliersmith.
